Our MissionRedZero is a unique marketing company with a unique concept. While most marketing companies are driven by their own business plans, RedZero is driven by their customer’s business plans. This New-Aged shift from a self-centered marketing company to a customer-driven marketing company became apparent to President and Co-Owner, Josh Alterman, in his previous ownership of businesses. Prior to RedZero, Josh started and owned a personal training studio, expanded to a second location and went on to later purchase a struggling health club which became a third and the largest location. The club was turned around within a few years and was purchased by a franchise company. Josh also co-owned a high-end clothing store that he sold, as well as worked as an executive for several years for his Grandfather’s $70 million/year revenue nationwide trucking company before his Grandfather’s passing and the eventual company liquidation. Over the years, Josh developed a talent for and found success in his marketing efforts. He was equally frustrated and intrigued by the pattern he saw among the hundreds of marketers that approached him with advertising and marketing services for his businesses. He noticed that almost every marketer had one clear goal, which was to try to sell him on their service or product. Very rarely would a marketer come to him with the overriding question of “What do you need and how can I help you get that for the least cost?” Their focus was on their interests first and Josh’s business’s interests second. By the time Josh was ready to take on his next venture, he had decided to work on correcting the deficit he saw in the marketing industry. This is how RedZero was born. What’s the “RedZero” About?RedZero’s name symbolizes the idea of being “in the black” and not “in the red”, the common term used to describe a company that is profiting and/or not losing money. RedZero’s practice is every business’s dream; a marketing company that treats its customer’s as if they were in business together, not doing business with one another. This means not only providing the highest quality, reliability, exceptionally friendly customer service and precise communication, but also committing to finding the lowest prices available. Josh was always baffled when a marketer would approach him with a product or service at a price that was higher than a price he could find on the internet within 5 minutes at the same level of quality. RedZero continuously shops prices from everywhere to ensure its customers are offered better prices than the competition. Our Marketing Philosophy• The marketing philosophy at RedZero encompasses the importance of offering services that work best and cost the least. • We strongly believe that marketing works best when various strategies are used in combination such as direct mail, flyers, TV commercials, company website, newspaper ads, and so forth. The idea is have your name out there multiple times, while also offering something that feels to a customer like a real benefit or good deal. • We believe that the primary marketing component is a company website. Your website is a visual extension of your business. It is your company’s “face.” Customers can find out about you with being pressured, and you have the opportunity to advertise 24/7. • We believe that the combination of print advertising and your website is the most effective way to market your company. We advocate print advertising because it is by and large the least inexpensive. Also, with print advertising you always have two messages: (1) your current offer that you are extending in order to bring customers through your doors, and (2) you are driving customers to your website. The beauty of this is that for customers who don’t take you up on your immediate offer, you have a second opportunity to appeal to them. Not only that, your website is loaded with far more information about our company than your printed advertising. Josh found the most success in his career by creating cheap flyers and using them to offer specials and driving traffic to his websites. • We believe that you know what is likely to work best in your location. Our job is to work with your insights to give you the best marketing campaign we can. • We want to give you as much or as little help as you need. We are fine with simply printing your materials or running a direct mail campaign for you. It is co-owned by Josh Alterman and his mother, Barbara Frazier. Together, they also own and operate a The Successful Parent (www.thecussessfulparent.com) along with Barbara’s husband and Josh’s step-father, John Frazier. The Successful Parent is a free parenting website that offers parenting advice on many parenting issues. As a team, Josh and Barbara are on a mission to prove that the most rewarding success is derived from combining moral character and ethical business practices with intelligent design, analytical thinking and raw talent.
